2. Shipping Time & Fees

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on package weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during special promotional events or upon meeting specific order thresholds.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your destination country and the shipping method selected.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and run from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update and become active on the carrier’s system.

4. Delays & Customs

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, national holidays, or postal carrier issues.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Trovesoul is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If your package appears to be lost in transit or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at info@trovesoul.com.

  • We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and assist you in tracking it down or arranging a solution. Please allow us 3-5 business days to coordinate with the logistics provider.
